红花花色与羟基红花黄色素A的相关性初探

摘    要:利用PANTONE国际通用比色卡对红花花色进行划分,紫外-可见光谱对红花总黄酮及高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对不同色差红花的羟基红花黄色素A(hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)的测定.结果表明:HSYA与FW(总黄酮)表现趋势呈正相关;红花花色的深浅程度与羟基红花黄色素A的含量无相关性;花色差异与总黄酮含量间无明显规律.该文可以为红花新品种选育提供参考.

Abstract:The flower color of Carthamus tinctorius L.was divided by the PANTONE colour card,the total flavonoids of Carthamus tinctorius L.was determined by UV-visible spectra and hydroxysafflor yellow A(hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA) of Carthamus tinctorius L.was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that the total flavonoids and hydroxysafflor yellow A existed positive correlation,the flower color of Carthamus tinctorius L.and the hydroxysafflor yellow A had no relevance,and t...
