冻精解冻温度、离心速度及精卵共培养时间对延边黄牛卵母细胞体外受精的影响

摘    要:进行延边黄牛冻精解冻温度、离心速度及精卵共培养时间等因素对延边黄牛体外受精效果影响的研究,旨在找出适用于延边黄牛体外受精的技术体系,为延边黄牛体外胚胎的产业化生产奠定基础.结果表明,在39℃下解冻精子,其顶体反应率和受精率分别为85.47%和75.85%,高于37,38和40℃等处理组,差异显著(P〈0.05);采用1500r/min离心速度对精子进行离心处理,其顶体反应率和受精率分别为82.47%和72.15%,高于900和1800r/min处理组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);精卵共培养24h时卵母细胞受精率为75.33%,高于6和12h组,但差异不显著(P〉0.05).

Abstract:Conducted to determine effect of the thawing temperature of freeze sperm, speed of efference and time of fertilization on the development of embryos from in vitro fertilization. The results showed that thawed freeze sperm in 39 ℃, the rate of the acrosome-reactive sperm(85.47%)and fertilization(75.85℃) were significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.05). When the speed of efference was 1 500 r/min, the rate of the acrosome-reactive sperm (82.47%) and fertilization (72. 15 %), were higher than other groups and there was no difference(P〉0.05). When the time of fertilization was 24 h, the fertilization was 75. 85%, higher than other groups and there was no difference(P〉0.05).
