利培酮结合疏肝清障方治疗精神分裂症的临床效果观察

目的 探讨利培酮结合疏肝清障方治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法 选取2015年6月至2016年6月来我院诊治的120例精神分裂患者资料进行分析，采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用疏肝清障方对患者进行治疗，观察组采用利培酮结合疏肝清障方进行治疗，比较两组疗效。结果 本次研究中，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗3周、6个月的社会功能（职业功能、婚姻功能、父母职能、社会退缩、社会活动、家庭活动、家庭职能、自我照顾、责任心）显著优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率和复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论 利培酮结合疏肝清障方治疗精神分裂症的治疗效果理想，患者不良反应发生率及复发率相对较低，值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Risperidone Combined with Shugan Qingzhang Formula in Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sertraline combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods The 120 cases of schizophrenia patients from June 2015 to June 2016 were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group, the control group was treated with Shugan Qingzhang formula, the observation group was treated with risperidone combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula. The efficacy of the two groups was also compared. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The social functions (vocational function, marriage function, parents function, social withdrawal, social activity, family activity, family function, self care, responsibility) of observation group after treatment for 3 weeks and months were statistically significant than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence in observation group and control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of risperidone combined with Shugan Qingzhang formula in treatment of schizophrenia is good with relatively low occurrence rate and recurrence rate. It is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
