树莓叶片再生的研究

摘    要:利用正交设计试验法研究了基本培养基、6-BA、IBA、和蔗糖4个因素及其组合对树莓叶片再生的影响。结果表明,6-BA对树莓叶片的再生影响最大,其次为IBA及基本培养基,影响最小的因素为蔗糖。树莓叶片再生的适宜组合为NN69 6-BA2.5mg/L IBA0.25mg/L 蔗糖40g/L。

Study on Leaf Regeneration of Raspberry

Abstract:The 6-BA, basal medium, IBA and sucrose were used to compare their effect on adventitious bud regeneration from leaf of raspberry by using the orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that 6-BA played a determinative role on leaf regeneration of raspberry, the secondly factors were IBA and basal medium, the less factors was sucrose. NN69 6-BA 2.5 mg/L IBA 0.25 mg/L sucrose 40 g/L was the best combination for leaf regeneration of raspberry.
