| 摘 要： | 血管性痴呆（vascular dementia，VD）是由各种脑血管病引起脑组织损害而产生的痴呆，它是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的常见痴呆类型。针刺疗法对血管性痴呆的认知功能及社会活动功能康复有积极作用，临床应用广泛。本文综述中文数据库中近五年相关针刺疗法治疗血管性痴呆临床文献报道，科学评价针刺疗法的优势和不足，以期为临床治疗血管性痴呆提供参考。

| Abstract: | Vascular dementia(VD), which is the common type of dementia after Alzheimer''s disease, is produced by brain tissue damage caused by a variety of cerebrovascular diseases. Acupuncture therapy has a positive effect on the cognitive function and social activity function of vascular dementia, and it is widely used in clinical treatment. This paper reviews the clinical literatures on treatment of vascular dementia with acupuncture in the Chinese database in recent five years, scientifically evaluate its advantages and disadvantages of acupuncture therapy, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment on vascular dementia. |
