摘    要:摩西球内囊霉和慢生根瘤菌单独或者共同接种两个不同品种的豇豆栽培种,结果表明根瘤数和豇豆生长在很大程度上受接种物的影响.当感染率由2.67%提高至10.6%时,豇豆地上植株平均干物重由0.37克/株增至0.66克/株,同时也发现寄主植物和共生菌的关系在同一种的不同植株上呈不同表现

Abstract:Two cultivars of cowpea Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp, cv. IT81D985 and cv. VYA) were inoculated with Glomus mosseae and/or Bradyrhizobium (two strains, VUIE 1 and VUXY 1).The results showed that nodulation and plant growth were strongly governed by the degree of mycorrhizal infection of roots. At 2.67% level of infection the mean dry weights was 0.37 g plant -1 whereas at 10.6% level of infection was 0.66 g plant -1 . It was also established that interaction between host plant and symbionts varies with cultivars of the same plant species since the IT81D985 cultivar did better than the VYA cultivar.
