摘    要:设计了拖拉机碳烟颗粒排放微机自动检测系统,系统由取样探头、烟度计、检测仪及笔记本电脑组成.检测仪由单片微机控制,实现对烟度的实时检测,并配有键盘显示接口、打印机接口和标准串行通讯接口,既可单独使用,也可与计算机组成检测系统.检测软件用VB6.0设计,包括串行数据通讯模块、实时检测模块、数据库管理模块等.使用表明,检测系统具有操作简单、检测速度快、测量精度高、自动判断超标排放等特点,是农机监理部门对拖拉机进行科学管理的简便检测系统.

Abstract:This paper introduced a microcomputer controlled system for measuring the soot emission of tractors. The system was composed of a detector, soot meter, test equipment and a computer. The test equipment was controlled by single chip microcomputer, which had a key display interface, printer port and a standard serial communication port. The test software was designed using VB6.0, which had a communication module, test module and a database management module. Tests showed this system was distinguished by its stable performance, high precision, intelligent control, and simple operation.
