| Abstract: | The existing problems in the development and construction of the recycling ecological function zones in the Daxin-ganling forest area are discussed, such as the forest resources reduction, forest structural imbalance and weakening of the forest protection efficacy, etc. Some measures for the development and construction of the recycling ecological function zones are put forward, such as establishing a new resource utilization concept, adjusting the operation layout, implementation of five projects and construction of five bases. |
