宁夏南部山区土地整理中水土流失的因数与防治

宁夏南部山区是我国黄土高原的一部分，是我国水利侵蚀一级地区。在这一地区进行平田整地、农田水利、田间道路和生态防护林工程等土地整理工程，若实施不当，极易发生水土流失现象。文章提出了土地整理工程要合理安排工期，合理取、填土并做好防护措施，优化各工程实施方案，采取相应生物措施，制定行之有效水土保持方案等措施，使土地整理项目为宁夏南部山区产生社会、生态和经济效益。

Factors and Prevention and Control of Water and Soil Erosion in Land Consolidation in Southern Mountainous Area of Ningxia

The southern mountainous area of Ningxia, which is a part of China Loess Plateau, is class 1 water erosion area. In the area, when the land consolidation projects such as field preparation, irrigation and water conservancy, field road and ecological protection forest projects are carried out improperly it is easy to cause water and soil erosion. Some measures for implementation of the land consolidation projects are put forward such as reasonable arrangement of construction period, proper taking and filling earth and doing a good job in protective measures, optimizing the project implementation plan, adopting the corresponding biological measures and making out an effective water and soil conservation scheme to produce social, ecological and economic benefits by the land consolidation projects for the southern mountainous area of Ningxia.
