萘乙酸对南瓜种子萌发的影响

摘    要:研究不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)对南瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,以期为提高南瓜种子发芽率、发芽整齐度、如何节约种子和缩短育苗周期提供参考。结果表明,10-8mg/L的萘乙酸可以增加南瓜种子的发芽率、根长、侧根数、叶绿素含量和根系活力。

Abstract:Study on the influence of seed germination and seedling growth of Pumpkin under the treatments with Naphthylacetate of different concentration,so as to provide references for improving the germination rate, germinating performance, how to save seed cost and shortening the cycle of breeding seedlings.The results showed that NAA of 10 -8mg/L could increase the germination rate,root length,lateral root number,chlorophyll content and root activity.
