| 摘 要： | 大学生就业是一个地位获得的过程,社会资本在这个过程中发挥着重要作用。本文阐述了社会资本的相关概念,分析了社会资本在大学生地位获得过程中的正负功能,并提出了积累与动员社会资本的建议与对策。
