| 摘 要： | 以树莓、山楂为原料，对树莓和山楂复合汁饮料工艺进行了研究，通过试验确定了用于澄清复合汁的最佳澄清剂及饮料最佳杀菌温度；并利用正交设计试验筛选出最佳复合饮料配方，研制出香气浓郁、营养丰富、风味独特的保健饮料。
