枣园蜘蛛群落结构特征的研究

摘    要:在实际调查的基础上,研究了山西省农科院果树研究所枣园蜘蛛群落的组成,经初步鉴定整理出该枣园蜘蛛隶属于9个科23个种,群落的优势种类为微蛛科(Erigonidae)、狼蛛科(Lycosidae)、蟹蛛科(Thomisi-dae)和平腹蛛科(Gnaphosidae)。并采用丰富度(S)、总个体数(N)、优势度(I)、多样性指数Η′及均匀度(E)等指标对枣园蜘蛛的群落特征进行了初步分析。研究结果表明:只有4,5月上中旬枣园蜘蛛群落的多样性值在1.94-2.10之间,其余时间均低于1.9。多样性值的数据,表明在4,5月枣园蜘蛛群落很不稳定,波动较大。同时还探讨了温度、相对湿度等环境因素的变化对枣园蜘蛛群落的影响,分析表明:温度的变化对枣园蜘蛛群落的影响较大,而相对湿度的变化对其的影响则不显著。用SPSS统计学软件,分别以温度和总个体数N为自变量和因变量进行了曲线拟合。

Abstract:The structure characteristics of spider community in the jujube yard were studied 101 spiders were collected from the yard,they belonged to 23 species and 9 families.The dominant families of the spider community were Fam.Erigonidae,Fam.Lycosidae,Fam.Thomisidae and Fam.Gnaphosidae.The structure characteristics of spider community were analyzed by the following index: five indexes,namely richness(S),total individual number(N),dominance(I),diversity Η′ and evenness(E).The spider community in jujube yard was showed low stability since only the diversity index of the middle ten days of April and May were between 1.94 and 2.10,and others were less than 1.90.The effects of the variation of temperature and relative humidity on the spider community were discussed.The results indicated that the spider community was significantly influenced by variation of temperature but not relative humidity.The relation between temperature and sample numbers was formulated by using the software SPSS.
