采前套袋对梨枣贮藏效果的影响

摘    要:以梨枣为试材,研究了采前套袋对梨枣果实贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:采前套袋处理的梨枣在贮藏期呼吸强度略低于对照,变化平缓;PG活性变化与枣果软化无显著相关性;PPO活性呈单峰曲线变化;果实的POD活性呈现两次高峰,第一次高峰高于第二次高峰,套袋果实POD活性高峰出现较晚。套袋果实PG活性及POD活性显著低于对照,并维持较高的果肉硬度和较低的果实腐烂率。

Effects of Bagging Before Harvesting on Storage Property of Lizao Jujube
Abstract:In this paper,effects of preharvest bagging on postharvest storage property of Lizao jujube were studied.The results showed that the respiration of bagged jujube was lower than that of control.The PG activity had little relation with softening.The curve of POD activity showed two peaks with the second higher than the first.The activity of PPO presented the single peak curve during storage.The activities of PG and POD of bagged jujube were inhibited and the peaks of POD were delayed.The flesh firmness was kept in a higher level and the rate of rot was reduced.
