| 摘 要： | 采用喷雾法和浸蘸法,进行了玫烟色拟青霉PF9606菌株对桃蚜和菜青虫的毒力测定。结果表明:玫烟色拟青霉PF9606菌株对桃蚜和菜青虫2、3龄幼虫有较强的致病力,在2×105~2×108孢子.mL-1浓度范围内,随着浓度的提高,毒力明显增强,但对枣尺蠖、棉铃虫和甘蓝夜蛾等则没有致病力。菜青虫在接菌2~3 d表现出明显的感病的症状,但桃蚜感病后体表无明显的感病症状。经测定玫烟色拟青霉PF9606菌株对桃蚜和菜青虫2、3龄幼虫的致死中浓度分别为8.71×106孢子.mL-1、9.6×106孢子.mL-1和1.81×107孢子.mL-1。

| Abstract: | The results of virulent tests indicated that the paecilomyces fumosoroseus PF9606 had high virulence against the green peach aphid and cabbage caterpillar in 2～3 instar.The virulence was obviously increased with the rising concentration under 2×105~2×108 conidia·mL-1.The PF9606 had no virulence against Chihuo zao Yang and Helicoverpa armigera and Mamestra brassicae(L).The values of LC50 was 8.71×106 conidia·mL-1 against the peach aphid and was 9.6×106 conidia·mL-1 and 1.81×107 conidia·mL-1 against the cabbage caterpillar in 2～3 larvae. |
