| 摘 要： | 进行土地整理效益评价研究,对促进土地整理成熟理论体系的形成,规范与指导土地整理的实践活动有重要现实意义.本着定量、可操作性的指标选取原则,按经济效益、社会效益、生态效益建立评价指标体系.尝试运用层次分析法和改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的方法进行了影响因素权重的确定.结合新疆2008年度的8个国家级重点投资土地整理项目进行了综合效益评价.研究结果为土地整理效益评价实践工作的开展提供了较为合理的评价标准、定量依据和研究方法.

| Abstract: | Study on evaluation of Land Consolidation benefit has important practical significance for promoting the formation of theoretical system,regulating and guiding the practice of land consolidation.According to quantitative and workable principles the indexes system including economic benefit indexes,social benefit indexes and ecological benefit indexes was developed.Influencing factor weight of AHP and improved fuzzy AHP methods was identified.The paper chose eight state-level key investment land consolidation projects in Xinjiang in 2008 to be evaluted.The results provided a more reasonable standard and quantilalive basis method for the evaluation of land consolidation. |
