| Abstract: | Aiming at the reality of enhanced scientific research strength in college,increased experiment equipment input,as well as the need of college students practice and innovation ability,the counter measures to mobilize the positivity of college experimental technician were discussed,from the reasonable personal orientation,improvement of diathesis,participate of teaching management,establishment of encouragement and training mechanism,etc. |
