| 摘 要： | 要采用以乙酸正戊酯为内标的气相色谱法，在一定条件下，一同检测出常见白酒中各类醇及各类酯的含量。通过采用毛细管柱气相色谱法，试验操作可行，测检效率大大提高。

| Abstract: | Objective under certain conditions, to detect common with liquor of all kinds and all kinds of ester alcohol content. Methods to acetic acid are within the subject of amyl acetate for gas chromatography. The results of their experiment is feasible. Conclusion through the use of capillary gas chromatography to test the efficiency greatly increased. |
