霍山石斛栽培技术及活性组分药理学的研究进展

霍山石斛是安徽省的一种道地药材，被冠有“中华仙草之最”之称，具有增强机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等功效，但因其生长条件严苛和人类对霍山石斛野生资源的过度开采利用，其野生资源已濒临灭绝。目前已经通过组织培养和人工栽培技术对其资源进行了极大的保护。本文对霍山石斛的组织培养技术和人工栽培技术进行了介绍，并且对霍山石斛的主要活性成分和药理作用进行了综述，以期为霍山石斛的种质资源保护和产品开发利用提供参考。

Dendrobium huoshanense is a kind of local medicinal herb in Anhui province, which is known as "the best Chinese immortal grass". It has the effect of enhancing the immunity of the body, antioxidant, anti-tumor, etc. However, due to its harsh growing conditions and the over-exploitation of the wild resources of D. huoshanense, its wild resources are on the verge of extinction. Nevertheless, great conservation of its resources has been achieved through tissue culture and artificial cultivation techniques. In this paper, the tissue culture technology and artificial cultivation technology of D. huoshanense are introduced. Meanwhile, the main chemical components and pharmacological effects of D. huoshanense were reviewed. Our aim is to provide references value for the conservation and development and utilization of germplasm resources of D. huoshanense.
