摘    要:本研究选用细叶藠头、长柄藠头、生米藠头开展黄化栽培随机区组试验。结果表明:生米藠头产量最高,为33 116.67 kg/hm2,较细叶藠头增产9 401.67 kg/hm2,增幅为39.6%,增产达极显著水平;长柄藠头产量为30 316.67 kg/hm2,较细叶藠头增产6 601.67 kg/hm2,增幅为27.8%,增产达极显著水平;细叶藠头产量最低,为23 715.00 kg/hm2。因此,在黄化藠头价位相同的情况下,应选择生米藠头进行黄化栽培。与生米藠头、长柄藠头相比,细叶藠头茎细小、生长量小,炒食后鲜润、味美、香浓,可作为地方特色品种进行黄化栽培。

Study on the Growth and Yield of Different Cultivars in Yellowing Cultivation Mode of Allium chinenseG.Don

Abstract:The randomized block experiment of yellowing cultivation was carried out with XiYe Allium, ZhangPing Allium and ShengMi Allium. The results showed that the yield of ShengMi Allium. was the highest, which was 33105 kg/hm2, which was 9401.7 kg/hm2 higher than that of XiYe Allium, with a significant increase of 39.6%. The yield of ZhangPing Allium was 30316.67kg/hm2, which was 6601.7 kg/hm2 higher than that of XiYe Allium, with a significant increase of 27.8%. The yield of XiYe Allium was the lowest, which is 23715 kg/hm2. Therefore, under the condition of the same price of etiolated Allium chinense, ShengMi Allium should be selected for etiolation cultivation. The XiYe Allium has many tillers, many leaves, small stems and small growth. After frying, it is fresher, more delicious and more fragrant than the ZhangPing Allium and ShengMi Allium. It can be used as a local characteristic variety for yellowing cultivation.
