孔枕益智片质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立孔枕益智片的质量标准.方法采用TLC法对孔枕益智片中石菖蒲和远志两味药材进行了定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对孔枕益智片中五味子醇甲进行了含量测定.色谱条件:YMC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65∶35),流速为0.8 mL/min,柱温为25℃,检测波长为250 nm.结果供试品色谱中,在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照色谱在相应位置上无斑点.五味子醇甲在0.04~0.32μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.68%,RSD为0.46%(n=5).结论本方法简便、快速,准确、可靠,可有效地控制孔枕益智片的质量.

On the Quality Standard of Kongzhenyizhi Tablet

Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Kongzhenyizhi tablet.Method Rhizoma acori tatarinowii and Radix polygalae were identified by TLC.The content of Schizandrol A was determined by HPLC on YMC-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-water(65∶35).The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.The oven was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results The method showed that a good linear correlation for the Schizandrol A existed in the range of 0.04 to 0.32 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of Schizandrol A was 98.68% and RSD was 0.46%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,repeatable,and precise,and can be used for the quality control of Kongzhenyizhi tablet.
