| 摘 要： | 本文从公共和基础设施、教育投资、公共卫生、社会保障4个方面，分析了我国公共产品供给的城乡差异，提出了消除体制和制度障碍、加大农村教育投入、加大农业的财政投入、健全农村社会保障体系等方面的调整对策。
