摘    要:采用RAPD技术对21个不同来源的寄生松墨天牛Monochamus alternatus的球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana菌株的DNA指纹图谱进行了测定.从RAPD结果可知寄生松墨天牛的白僵菌菌株间具有丰富的遗传多态性.聚类分析把21个寄生松墨天牛的白僵菌菌株分为两大类群:①B1,B14,B4,B5,B6,B7,B8,B12,B13,B10,F-263,Bxs,B2,B11,Bf,Bz,B9;②B3,B15,By2,By7.结果表明菌株DNA多态性与采集地之间有一定的相关性,与对松墨天牛幼虫的毒力未表现出相关性.图2表2参11

Abstract:DNA amplified fingerprints of 21 parasitic Beauveria bassiana strains in Monochamus alternatus from different sources were tested by means of RAPD technique. Distinct genetic diversity among 21 strains of parasitic B. bassiana in M. alternatus was found. The results of clustering analysis showed that 21 strains can be divided into two groups: (1) B_1, B_(14), B_4, B_5, B_6, B_7, B_8, B_(12), B_(13), B_(10), F-263, B_(xs), B_2, B_(11), B_f, B_z and B_9; (2) B_3, B_(15), B_(y2), B_(y7). DNA polymorphism of B. bassiana was correlated with geographic origins, but not with the virulence to M. alternatus larvae. Ch, 2 fig. 2 tab. 11 ref.]
