摘    要:为了揭示毛竹Phyllostachys pubescens施肥增产的内部机制,进而确定毛竹合理施肥时期,以3种施肥模式的竹林(①近5 a内每年5月初施肥,②近5 a内每年8月底施肥,③连续10 a 未施肥)为对象,于2008年5 - 12月对毛竹叶片光合速率、光合色素、可溶性蛋白及相关酶活性等指标进行动态监测。结果表明:①毛竹叶片从展叶—成熟—休眠,其光合速率年动态变化呈双峰曲线型,光合色素质量分数于10月初达到峰值,可溶性蛋白及过氧化氢酶活性峰值均出现在8月底至9月初;②叶片光合速率与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白及过氧化氢酶活性成正相关关系,与叶绿素a/b比值成负相关关系;③施肥能提高毛竹叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性蛋白、光合速率及过氧化氢酶的活性,其中5月施肥最高,8月底施肥次之,不施肥最低,而施肥降低了叶绿素a/b的比值;④8月底施肥延长了叶片的光合功能期,延缓了叶片的衰老进程。图8表1参14

Abstract:The objective was to grasp the mechanism of increasing moso bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) production by fertilization.
