秦岭羚牛的保护生物学研究进展

秦岭羚牛（Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi）作为"秦岭四宝"之一，是国家一级重点保护动物，被世界自然保护联盟（International Union for Conservation of Nature,IUCN）列为易危级物种。本文从秦岭羚牛的生态学、分类学地位、寄生虫病、瘤胃微生物区系、功能基因挖掘及人工圈养等方面总结已有的研究成果，并对其研究进展进行综述，指出目前研究存在的不足，提出今后的研究方向，以期为秦岭羚牛的保护和管理提供  参考。

Advance in Research of Conservation Biology in Qinling Takin (Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi)

As one of "four treasures in Qinling Mountains",the Qinling takin (Budorcas taxicolor bedfordi) is one of the National Key first-class protected animals in China,and is listed as a vulnerable species by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN). In this paper,we summarized the research findings in Qinling takin,which includ ecology,taxonomic status,parasitic diseases,rumen microflora,functional gene mining and captive breeding,meanwhlle,we reviewed the advance in research of Qiangling takin. For providing reference for the protection and management of Qinling takin,the weaknesss about the current research is pointed out and the direction of future research is proposed.
