大渡河流域水力资源丰富 ,具有水电开发的良好条件 ,但流域水电开发期间水土保持问题值得特别关注。分析了流域水土流失的背景条件和现状 ,提出了流域水电开发期间和开发后水土保持的措施 ,客观地分析流域开发和水土保持的相互影响关系 ,探讨兼顾流域水电开发和水土保持的可持续发展问题

The Dadu river valley has greatly abundant water resources, and it has the good condition to develop water power station. water and soil conservation should deserve special concern during the valley construction. In this paper, the background condition of basin soil erosion and the current situation have been analyzed; The measures for the water and soil conservation have been put forward during the valley construction and after valley construction. The relations of influencing each other between the valley construction and the water and soil conservation have been analyzed objectively. Consideration was given to the sustainable development problem referring to the valley construction and the water and soil conservation.
