摘    要:以苦荞(Fagopyrum tataricum(L.)Gaerth)为供试材料,采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度Fe3 对苦荞幼苗生理活性的影响.结果表明,当Fe3 浓度逐渐增大时,根中丙二醛(MDA)含量先降低后升高,叶中MDA含量一直呈上升趋势;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐增强;根中过氧化物酶(POD)活性先逐渐升高后降低,而叶中POD活性逐渐升高;根中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先增高后降低,叶中SOD活性逐渐增强;细胞色素氧化酶(CO)活性逐渐降低.

Abstract:Effects of the different concentration of Fe3 on membrane lipid peroxidation and activity of endogenous protective enzymes in tratary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tataricum(L.) Gaerth) were studied.The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of Fe3 ,the contents of MDA in roots decreased at first then increased,the contents of MDA in leaves increased gradually;the activity of catalase(CAT) increased;the activity of peroxidase(POD) in roots increased then decreased,but the activity of POD in leaves increased;the activity of superoxide dismutatase(SOD) increased at first then decreased in roots,but increased in leaves;and the activity of cytochrome-oxidase(CO) decreased.
