摘    要:在加速器上,采用75 MeV/u中能氧离子(16O8 ),辐照剂量在11~44 Gy(即注量为1×107~5×108ions/cm2)范围内,以贯穿辐照处理春小麦高代稳定材料14615风干种子,经过3年5代选育,育成新品种“陇辐2号”,这是我国第一例采用重离子束辐照育成的小麦新品种。同时还获得了144份优于亲本性状的稳定突变系(体),可作为新的种质资源提供应用。采用不同能量的重离子束对春小麦14615干种子的胚根、胚芽和胚乳采用特殊的屏蔽手段进行定点(位)注入,发现诱发突变的倾向性,由此可改变传统育种的随机性和方向性。

Abstract:Using 75 MeV/u middle energy oxygenions(16O8+),within the rang of dosages 11~44Gy, penetrating radiated the air-dry seeds of heigh generation lines of spring wheat 14615,after 3~5 years selection,got a new variety "Long fu No 2" which is the first one in our country selected by heavyion irradiated.And also obtained 144 stable mutation lines in the meantime,which were all better than their parents,could be used as new species resourses.Using different energy heavyions and speciel shield methods fixed point pour heavyions into the radicle,plumule endosperm of the dry seeds of spring wheat line 14615,discovered the tendent iousness of mutation be brought out.That will change the randomness and direction of traditional breeding.
