外源过氧化物酶对黄瓜果实抗氧化酶体系的影响

摘    要:为了研究萝卜过氧化物酶对植物生长的影响,用不同浓度的粗提萝卜过氧化物酶(RsPOD)对黄瓜叶面喷施,测定黄瓜果实中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,维生素C、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白的含量,并对过氧化物酶同工酶谱进行了分析。结果表明,外施RsPOD对黄瓜果实POD、SOD、CAT活性均有不同程度的促进作用;增加维生素C和可溶性蛋白的含量,对叶绿素含量几乎没有影响。POD的同工酶谱带数目没有发生明显变化。由此推测,外源RsPOD可以提高黄瓜果实的抗氧化能力而对光合作用影响不大。

Abstract:In order to research the effects of the external peroxidase(RsPOD) on the growth of plants,the different concentrations of RsPOD were sprayed on cucumber,then the activities of POD,superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT),the contents of vitamin C,chlorophyll,and soluble proteins in cucumber fruitage were determined.At the same time,the patterns of peroxidase isozyme were measured by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that external POD increased the activities of POD,SOD and CAT,but not the number of band of POD isozyme.There were obvious changes on the contents of vitamin C,and soluble protein,but only few changes on the contents of chlorophyll.These might suggest that RsPOD increase the antioxidant ability of cucumber.
