加工番茄品种卡那霉素抗性的筛选

摘    要:利用4个加工番茄品种,研究了加工番茄外植体及幼苗对不同浓度卡那霉素(Kan)的抗性。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,卡那霉素对加工番茄外植体及幼苗正常生长产生抑制作用,随着Kan浓度增加,抑制作用增强。Kan对加工番茄子叶、下胚轴外植体及幼苗筛选的适宜浓度在75 mg/L左右。幼苗对卡那霉素比子叶外植体敏感,而子叶外植体对卡那霉素又比下胚轴外植体敏感。

Abstract:The resistance of explants and seedlings to different concentration kanamycin was studied for four varieties of processing tomato.The results indicated that kanamycin inhibited the normal growth of explants and seedlings of processing tomato in a certain concentration scope.The suppressive effect is more serious with higher kanamycin concentration.The optimal kanamycin concentration was 75mg/ L for cotyledon,hypocotyl and seedling screening of processing tomato.The seedlings were more sensitive than cotyledon explants,and the cotyledon explants were more sensitive than hypocotyl explants.
