摘    要:为研究银杏叶提取物(EGB)对肉仔鸡免疫器官指数及消化道局部体液免疫球蛋白含量的影响,选用360只1日龄健康AA肉用母雏,随机分成5组,每组6个重复,分别饲喂添加0、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%EGB或90 mg.kg-1金霉素的玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验期为42 d。结果表明,添加0.20%、0.25%EGB可显著提高42日龄肉仔鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数(P<0.05),提高胆汁和肠液IgA、IgG、IgM含量(P<0.05),并且作用效果好于金霉素组(P<0.05)。可见,在该试验条件下,日粮中添加0.20%、0.25%EGB可促进肉仔鸡免疫器官的生长发育,提高消化道局部黏膜的体液免疫反应水平。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to investigate the modulatory effect of Ginkgo biloba extract (EGB) on immune organ index and the content of immunoglobulins in local humor of digestive tract in broilers. Three hundred and sixty one-day-old healthy Arbor Acres female broilers were divided into five groups, each with six replicates, and fed corn-soybean meal basal diet supplemented with 0, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25% EGB or 0.009% aureomycin for 42 days. The results showed that adding 0.20% EGB or 0.25% EGB to diet significantly improved spleen index, thymus index and bursa of Fabriocius index (P<0.05), increased the content of immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM in bile and intestinal fluid of 42-day-old broilers (P<0.05) compared with the control and the aureomycin. The study suggested that adding 0.20% EGB or 0.25% EGB to diets of broilers could promote immune organs development and improve local humoral immune response of digestive tract.
