餐厨废弃物复合酶解预处理条件优化

摘    要:为提高餐厨废弃物复合酶解效果,根据餐厨废弃物生物质组分特点及不同酶作用条件,以固形颗粒去除率、还原糖含量及淀粉水解率为衡量指标,调整并优化了复合酶解配方及作用条件。结果表明,在以液化酶、糖化酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶为配方组成的复合酶作用下,按照每克干重(TS)餐厨废弃物分别添加液化酶9 U·g~(-1)、糖化酶150 U·g~(-1)、纤维素酶45 U·g~(-1)和脂肪酶150 U·g~(-1);酶解工艺为:将分选后去除非生物质组分的餐厨废弃物进行粉碎匀浆,先投加脂肪酶并于40℃酶解24 h,再投加液化酶、糖化酶及纤维素酶于55℃酶解90 min。本研究所建立的餐厨废弃物复合酶解预处理方法有助于提高其后续厌氧发酵效率及稳定性。
