舟山黄海葵杀虫活性多肽的初步研究

摘    要:通过多维高效液相色谱结合动物实验,从舟山黄海葵粗毒中筛选了多种具有强杀虫活性以及低哺乳动物活性的杀虫肽,其分子量约在2~5 kDa之间,在100μg/kg体重浓度下对脊尾白虾以及黄粉虫幼虫具有强且快速的麻痹、致死活性,对小鼠毒性较弱。上述研究结果表明舟山黄海葵是一个研究和开发杀虫肽的宝库,同时也为从舟山黄海葵毒素中进一步筛选杀虫肽并深入研究其杀虫机理奠定了基础。

Purification of Peptides with Insecticidal Activity from the Venom of Sea Anemone Anthopleura xanthogrammica

Abstract:Here several peptide toxins exhibiting molecular weight ranging from 2-5 kDa was isolated from the sea anemone Anthopleura xanthogrammica.Purification of the peptide was achieved by a multistep chromatographic procedure monitoring its strong paralytic activity on ridgetail white prawn(Exopalaemon carinicauda(Holthuis)),mealworms(Tenebrio molitor) and mouse(Mus musculus).The paralitic or lethalic effect of toxins on ridgetail white prawn and mealworm are very similar,also are more active on ridgetail white prawn and mealworms than mouse.Toxicities against prawn is about 200 μg/kg.Given the close evolutionary relationship between crustaceans and insects,these peptides can be considered as insecticidal lead compounds in the development of insecticides.It also laid the foundation for purifying more insecticidal peptide from Anthopleura xanthogrammica and studying its mechanism.
