| 摘 要： | 胶体金免疫层析技术是新发展出来的一种临床快速诊断技术,因具有操作简便、快捷、操作人员无需技术培训等特点而备受各领域关注。近些年来,随着该技术的日臻成熟,在病原诊断和小分子物质检测等方面得到了越来越广泛的研究与应用。本文主要对胶体金免疫层析技术的基本原理以及该项技术最近几年内在兽医临床诊断方面的研究与应用情况进行综述。

| Abstract: | GICA technology is a newly developed method for clinical diagnostics and has been given much attention in many fields for its particular characters.In recent years,with the rapid development of the GICA technology,it has been being used widely in the detection of pathogen and small molecules.The principles of GICA technology and its development in veterinary clinical diagnostics are introduced in this overview. |
