摘    要:为了建立大豆的愈伤组织再生体系,以大豆绥农10号的破坏生长点的茎尖、子叶、真叶、胚轴为外植体,研究了不同激素种类、浓度对大豆愈伤组织形成和芽的再生及生根的影响.结果表明,6-BA对大豆愈伤组织的形成有抑制作用,其中对真叶的抑制作用最大,对破坏生长点的茎尖外植体抑制作用最小:6-BA诱导的大豆芽分化率均较低,其中在2~3...

Abstract:The regeneration system of soybean was researched by the broken stem top,cotyledons,leaves,hypocotyls of ’Suinong 10’ soybean under the treatment of different hormone for callus,bud and root regeneration.The results show that the callus was restrained by 6-BA and the calluses of broken stem top,hypocotyls and cotyledons were more than one of small leaves and the callus of broken stem top was the most in all explants.The bud differentiation ratio was higher in the KT treatment than that in the 6-BA treatment.The bud regeneration ratio of leaves,epicotyl,hypocotyls was 0 in the 6-BA treatment and the ratio was 4.3%~10.2% with broken stem top by 2~3 mg/L 6-BA.The best culture medium of bud regeneration was MS+0.5 KT with 26.5% of bud regeneration ratio.The root differentiation ratio was the best and reached 96% in the treatment of 1/2 MS+0.5 IBA.
