| Abstract: | Instructor is the new force of the ideoligical political education and supervisory work of university students, who is shouldering the important responsibility of cultivating the qualified constructors of socialism enterprise and the reliable successors. Combining with the young characteristics of instructors, through the analysis of present situation of instructor troop, it is presented that it should be enhanced the understanding of the importance of instructors in the ideological political education of the university students. |
