食品微生物双语教学的一点体会

摘    要:双语教学是适应我国高等教育国际化发展需要的一项重要内容,也是培养既具有专业知识,又精通英语的高素质人才的重要途径。本文立足于农业院校,从微生物双语教学的可行性、教材选用、教学手段、教学方法以及教师水平等方面进行了较为深入的剖析,并提出了中肯的建议,希望能够使该项教学得以进一步完善,使双语教学真正架构起专业国际化的桥梁。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is an important content to meet the need of internationalization development of higher education in our country,and also a significant approach for training talents with high quality who both have professional knowledge and master English.From the standpoint of agricultural universities and colleges,it is anatomized the feasibility of bilingual teaching in Microbiology,choosing and evaluating of textbooks,teaching techniques and methods,and the teachers' personalities, attitudes and roles.At the same time,some effective suggestions were put forward to improve this project and to provide a bridge for professional instruction in English.
