| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆员的现状信息意识谈薄、信息能力较弱、文化知识和专业技能较低、人才流失严重,加强图书馆员培养的必要性,提出培养教育图书馆员的措施,重视思想教育和职业道德的培养,增强图书馆员的自信心,树立竞争和创新意识,转变观念变被动服务为主动服务,采用多种形式的继续教育方式培养图书馆员.

| Abstract: | Aiming to the present situation of college librarian such as weak information consciousness and ability, lack of cultural knowledge and professional technical ability and serious loss of talented people, this paper put forward the countermeasure to foster college librarian, which include improving ideological occupation morals education, strengthening their confidence, setting up competition and innovation consciousness, changing idea to passive service, and adopting various forms of continuation education. |
