不同发育期番茄过氧化物同工酶分析

摘    要:以番茄根与根茎作为材料比较了不同发育期过氧化物同工酶酶谱咯发育期酶的活性以及酶带数目都有很大变化。从子叶展开期一直到开花,酶活性增强,酶带数目总的趋势是增多。酶带数目变化是以几个发育期为阶段:1片真叶期,4片真叶期、11片真叶期、花蕾期、开花期,其中花蕾期酶带数最多,是酶谱表达完全时期。

THE ANALYSIS OF PEROXIDASE IN THE DIFFERENT STAGES OF TOMATO
Abstract:The peroxidase isozyme of the different stages of stems and roots of tomato wasstudied with the means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result was that the activtyof peroxidase and the number of peroxidase bands changed in the different stages. The high-est activity of peroxidase and the highest number of peroxidase bands were in the stageswhich was before the first flower was completely open, This stages was considered to be thecomplete expression of the peroxidase isozymes zymogram.
