摘    要:燕兴为实生选优获得的抗寒性燕山板栗新品种。该品种综合性状优良,丰产、优质、早实、耐旱、耐瘠薄,适应性强,尤其抗寒性表现突出。坚果商品性好,单果重8.20g,可溶性糖含量22.23%,淀粉含量52.90%;果肉细腻,糯性强,适宜炒食;平均每苞含坚果2.70粒;在河北地区9月中旬成熟,尤其适合我国北方板栗栽培临界区的山地和丘陵种植。

Abstract:The new chestnut cultivar Yanxing was selected from the seedlings of wild chestnut in Yanshan Mountain,which had good comprehensive characters such as high yield,high quality,early fruiting,drought tolerance,barren tolerance,strong adaptability and especially for cold resistance.The nut mass was 8.20 g,the soluble sugar content was 22.23%,and the starch content was 52.90%.The flesh of nut was fine and smooth,and the nuts were suitable for stir frying.There were 2.70 nuts in each developed prickly bur.It matured during the middle ten days of September in Hebei,and was suitable for planting in mountains and hills in north critical regions of Chinese chestnut.
