| Abstract: | The key point of constructing affluent society and the difficulty in the countryside,the rural economy social development need the talented person safeguard and the intellectual support.The higher agricultural universities should clear the localization,promote education educational reform,adjust discipline specialized structure,reform educational model,raise the new rural reconstruction talented person,and participate in the farmer training work positively. |
