| 摘 要： | 探讨Ｆａｓ－ＦａｓＬ系统在急性病毒性肝炎发病中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学技术对３８例急性乙型肝炎患者组织中Ｆａｓ和ＦａｓＬ表达进行检测，并与１０例正常肝组织作对照。结论：由ＣＴＬ－ＦａｓＬ系统介导的肝细胞凋亡在急性乙型肝炎的发病中可能起了较重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evalute the role of Fas antigen and Fas ligand(FasL)and apoptosis in acute hepatitis B.Methods:Fas antigen and FasL expression in 38 liver samples from patients with acute hepatitis B (AHB) and 10 liver samples from healthy men (controls) were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results:The prevalence of Fas antigen and FasL expression was respectively 55.3%(21/38)and 60.6%(23/38) in AHB.There was a positive correlation between controls,milder and more serious AHB and the degree of Fas antigen and FasL expression( P<0.01 or P< 0.005).and expression of fas antigen and fasL in more serious AHB is more obvious than in milder AHB( P <0.01).Conclusion:CTL Fas FasL system (apoptosis)may also play an important role in liver cell injury in AHB. |
