| 摘 要： | 生物专业的《微生物学实验》课是与《微生物学》理论课相配套的专业基础课 ,改原来验证性实验为设计性实验 ,改每个实验孤立、不连续为相互关联 ,以提高学生综合分析问题的能力 ,达到提高实验教学的效果。
