| 摘 要： | 目的 评价颈内动脉超声参数在短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)中的临床意义.方法 以75例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为研究对象,采用因子分析和聚类分析对其颈内动脉超声检查结果进行分析比较.结果 共提取出反映血管顺应性、血液流速、管腔3个公因子,累计贡献率为84.08％；以因子得分行聚类分析将研究对象聚为3类,结果显示72.0％的患者...
