摘    要:通过选取1日龄192羽健康AA肉鸡(公母各半),随机分为4组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的稻草菌糠,研究不同添加剂量对AA肉鸡生长性能和内分泌代谢的影响,并确定最适添加比例.结果表明:①与对照组相比,49日龄时,试验1组体增重提高6.24%(P0.05),采食量提高6.74%(P0.01);②血清中T3、T4、胰岛素水平试验组不同程度的显著性高于对照组.说明在基础日粮中添加0.5%的稻草菌糠能有效地提高AA肉鸡的生长性能和调节其内分泌代谢.

Abstract:192 one-day-old AA broiler chickens(equal numbers of male and female)were randomly divided into 4 groups.Control group was fed basal diets,test groupⅠ,test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ were fed basal diets added 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0% straw-fungus chaff respectively.The effects of different amounts of straw-fungus chaff on growth performance and endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chickens was studied and the optimum addition was also weight gain of chickens in test group Ⅰ increased by 6.24% significantly(P<0.05),feed intake of chickens in test group Ⅰ increased by 6.74% of test groups were in different degree significantly higher than those of control group.It indicated the basal diets added 0.5% straw-fungus chaff could effectively improve growth and regulate endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chickens.
