氟苯尼考水溶性油剂对人工诱发鸡大肠杆菌病的疗效

摘    要:目的:观察氟苯尼考水溶性油剂对实验性鸡大肠杆菌病的临床疗效.方法:采用试管二倍稀释法测定氟苯尼考与氯霉素对质控菌ATCC25 922、试验菌O78和临床分离的72株耐氯霉素大肠杆菌的体外抗菌活性;180只22日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡人工诱发大肠杆菌病后,随机分为3个不同剂量氟苯尼考组(150 mg/L、100mg/L和50 mg/L)、氯霉素组(200 mg/Kg)、健康对照组和感染对照组,每组30只,按设定剂量连续口服给药3d,统计各组的治愈率和增重.结果:表明质控菌和O78对氟苯尼考、氯霉素均敏感,72株耐氯霉素临床分离菌株对氟苯尼考的敏感率为68.1%;氟苯尼考高、中、低剂量组及氯霉素组对鸡大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为96.7%、93.3%、90%及83.3%,而感染对照组鸡的死亡率为63.3%;各用药组的增重效果极显著高于感染对照(P<0.01).结论:说明氟苯尼考对耐氯霉素的大肠杆菌仍然有较高的敏感率以及水溶性油剂对临床大肠杆菌病疗效显著.

Abstract:Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of florfenicol and chloramphenicol for ATCC25 922,O78 and 72 strains chloramphenical-resistant E.coli isolated from clinical were determined by two-fold dilution method in vitro.Then,180 0f 22-day-old chickens were used and randomly assigned to 5 groups,every group included 30 chickens.The therapeutic trials of florfenicol(150,100 and 50 mg/L) and chloramphenicol(200 mg/kg) against experimentally induced colibacillosis were carried out following oral administration for 3 successive days.The results indicated that the former 2 strains were all sensitive to florfenicol and chloramphenical,the sensitive rate of 72 isolated chloramphenical-resistant strains was 68.1%.The experiments in vivo showed the curative rates of the drugs for E.coli-infected chicks were 96.7%,93.3%,90% and 83.3%,respectively.In the E.coli-infected and untreated group,the mortality of chicks was 63.3%.There were significantly different on weight gains between the groups given florfenicol,chloramphenicol and the infected and untreated groups.Thus it can be concluded that florfenicol has a comparative higher sensitive rate against chloramphenical-resistant E.coli and that florfenicol ral solution has significant efficacy on clinical colibacillosis.
