| 摘 要： | 利用毛霉516对孕甾烯醇酮进行生物转化,得到了两个转化产物。通过IR、MS、1HNMR、13CNMR和2DNMR等波谱方法检测化合物结构,确证其结构分别为3β,7α,11α-三羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮(2)和3β,7α,-二羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮(3)。对生物转化产物(2)进行化学修饰,得到一个新化合物,通过波谱学方法,确证其结构为3β,7α,11α-三羟基-孕甾-5-烯-20-酮-20-肟(4)。

| Abstract: | The studies on the biotransformation of pregnenolone in the mucor.sp.516 culture were carried out,in which 3β,7α,11αtrihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one and 3β,7α-dihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one were given from the metabolites.A new compound 3β,7α,11α-trihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one-20-oxime was synthesized from 3β,7α,11α-trihydroxypregn-5-en-20-one by chemical method.Each compound was characterized by spectroscopic methods such as IR,MS,1H NMR,13C NMR and 2D NMR. |
