摘    要:从竹红菌中提取竹红菌甲素,将其转化为竹红菌乙素,建立了HPLC测定合成竹红菌乙素含量的方法。采用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱,色谱条件:柱温为30℃;甲醇-水(体积比83:17)为流动相;紫外检测波长300nm。竹红菌乙素的保留时间为11.5min。竹红菌乙素质量在0.29-1.45μg时,峰面积与质量的线性关系良好(r=0.9993),回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.2%(n=5)。该分析方法简便、快速,对于竹红菌乙素合成过程中转化率测定提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract:Hypocrellin A was extracted from Hypocrella Bambusesae, then synthesized into Hypocrellin B. HPLC was used for the determination of Hypocrellin B . The suitable chromatogram conditions were as follows: Shim-pack VP-ODS column was as the stationary phase at 30 ℃, the mobile phase was methanol-water (83:17 by volume), and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.The save time of Hypocrellin B was 11.5 min. There was a good linear relationship (r=0.9993) between mass concentration and peak area in the range of 0.29~1.45 μg. The average recovery was 98.3%, and RSD was 1.2% (n=5). The method is simple and quick,therefore can be used for the determination of Hypocrellin B in synthesis.
