蓝狐肝脏、胰腺的解剖学研究

应用常规解剖学方法,观察16例成年蓝狐肝脏和胰腺,结果显示:1.肝脏分为6个叶,即左外叶、左内叶、方叶、尾叶、右外叶、右内叶;2.胆囊位于右内叶上,胆管与肝管汇成胆总管,肝管是由每个叶发出的小胆管汇成;3.肝脏实质由肝小叶和门管区组成,小叶间结缔组织极不发达,肝小叶分界不清;4.肝细胞呈长方形,细胞间界限清晰,核大而圆,HE染色胞质为粉红色;5.胰腺位于十二指肠、胃和横结肠之间,为不规则的长条状,外分泌部由浆液性腺细胞构成腺泡,腺细胞呈锥体形。

A Study on Anatomy of Liver and Pancreas in Blue Fox

In the article, anatomy of 16 adult blue foxs?livers and pancreases were observed by usual anatomy method. The results are that follows:1.Liver is divided into six lobes, they are left exite, left endite, quadrate lobe, tail lobe, right exite, right endite. 2. Cholecyst lies in right endite, bile duct and hepatic duct converge choledochus, hepatic duct is compiled by small hepatic duct of every lobe. 3. Liver parenchyma is composed of hepatic lobules and portal areas, connective tissue between lobules is not rich, there are not significant delimitation between hepatic lobules. 4. Hepatocyte display rectangle, edge between hepatocytes is clouding, nucleus is big and round, cytoplasm is pink by HE staining. 5. Pancreas is among dodecadactylon, stomach and transverse colon, a irregular ribbon, exocrine portion is composed of serous gland cells, gland cell displays cone.
