| 摘 要： | 应用40条随机引物对四个品种猪,大白猪、长白猪、三江白猪及东北民猪的基因组进行亲缘关系的DNA多态性分析,结果筛选出12条效果良好的随机引物,并且通过RAPD技术方法和聚类统计分析得出结论;三江白猪、长白猪及东北民猪的亲缘关系较近,而大白猪与其它三种猪之间亲缘关系则相应的较远。

| Abstract: | To analyze the polymorphism of kinship of Yorkshire, Sanjiang White pig, Dongbei Domestic pig and landrace with 40 primers. Results showed that 12 better primers were screened, and Sanjiang White pig, Dongbei Domestic pig and landrace were analyzed by RAPD and clustering to indicate that the genetic relationship of them are nearer, while the genetic relationship of Yorkshire and other breeds are further. |
